Personal training at Mint Wellbeing offers a supportive and personalised approach to fitness, empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. Your goals could be to run the London Marathon, play team sports, return to activity after an injury or during a transition such as pregnancy, postnatal or menopause.
Although the training volume and intensities may differ depending whether your goal is to achieve a sporting personal best or to have the ability to play with your children or grandchildren, the principles remain the same.
We aim to provide a bespoke Personal Training service to suit your needs and help you attain your goals. We will therefore match you with the best coach to fit you.

All 1:1 sessions are 1 hour with the first appointment being 75 mins to allow for a consultation at the beginning. This will include discussing your goals, training history, injury history and a movement assessment.
