Although the training volume and intensities may differ depending whether your goal is to achieve a sporting personal best or to have the ability to play with your children or grandchildren, the principles remain the same.

 

We aim to provide a bespoke Personal Training service to suit your needs and help you attain your goals. We will therefore match you with the best coach to fit you.

1:1 Personal Training

All 1:1 sessions are 1 hour with the first appointment being 75 mins to allow for a consultation at the beginning. This will include discussing your goals, training history, injury history and a movement assessment. You do not need to be an existing client to work with our coaches – give us a call and we can learn more about what you need and find the right Personal Trainer for you!
