Candice is a specialist Women’s Health Personal trainer with 20 years experience in the fitness industry. She specialises in coaching women during all life stages with a real passion for working with pregnant, postnatal and peri-menopausal women.

She is a Pre and Post natal specialist trainer, Pilates instructor and has a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science meaning she adopts a lifestyle approach to clients drawing on a range of skills to achieve your goals.

Candice runs our Mum and Baby classes, Women’s Strength class and sees 1:1 clients both for rehabilitation and Personal Training. She is an advocate for Women Strength Training and loves to empower women to feel confident and capable of lifting weights, whilst being realistic about the demands of modern life.
