Why Pilates?

Pilates at Mint Wellbeing focuses on whole-body strength, mobility and control. It is ideal for building resilience, supporting injury recovery, improving posture, or simply taking an hour for yourself. Pilates is a low-impact, full-body practice that strengthens the core and pelvic floor, improves posture, reduces back pain, increases flexibility, supports joint mobility, aids injury prevention and rehabilitation, and builds overall body awareness and confidence.

What do we offer?

We offer a weekly physio-led mat class on Fridays from 1:00 to 2:00pm, as well as 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions tailored to your goals, technique and safe progression.

As classes are physio-led, you receive expert coaching, clear technique support and safe progressions for injury, pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Exercises can be adjusted to suit your individual needs, whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced mover.
