Physiotherapy for Menopause (peri and post)

Transitioning through peri or post menopause is a period of significant change which can bring about a number of physical and emotional symptoms as a resulf of hormonal change.

A Physiotherapy assessment can help you recognise your symptoms, support your exercise, manage joint aches and pains, assess and treat pelvic health complaints and address bladder and bowel changes. An effective menopause program should consist of pelvic floor rehabilitation, strength exercise, balance exercise and support to continue or return to doing what you love.
