BSc Physiotherapy, MSc Advanced Clinical Practice (Musculoskeletal Pathway), Qualified APPI Pilates Instructor, Shockwave Therapy, Injection Therapy Trained (Landmark guided only)

Career:
Over 12 years experience across both NHS and private practice. Specialises in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports-related conditions. Working at an advanced level First Contact Practitioner and Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner.

Has close collaboration with orthopaedic surgeons, GPs, and strength & conditioning coaches to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care. Alongside clinical practice, led both Pilates classes & strength and conditioning rehabilitation classes of all levels.

Specialist Areas:

  • Sports injuries affecting all joints, including running, weightlifting, golf and racquet sports such as tennis and padel
  • Tendinopathies and overuse injuries (any joint)
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation for all joints
  • Osteoarthritis management across all joints
  • Spinal conditions and complaints from neck to lower back
  • Lower limb injuries, including hip, knee, and ankle pain
  • ACL rehabilitation and complex knee pathologies

Hobbies:
Passionate about movement in all forms, including weight training, Pilates, long walks, hikes, and the occasional run or cycle. Also enjoy cooking and experimenting with recipes from around the world.

Fun fact:
I’ve been on BBC One’s The One Show, discussing musculoskeletal pain associated with increased modern technology use.
