- Overview
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.mintwellbeing.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Mint Wellbeing (“we”, “us”, “our”) who provide the Service. By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Site and Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
- Eligibility
By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are using the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Services Provided
We offer Physiotherapy, Massage, Personal Training and other healthcare services that may include assessments, treatment plans, rehabilitation exercises, and advice to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. All services are delivered in accordance with UK healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Appointment Booking
You may book appointments through our Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when scheduling an appointment. A confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email.
- Cancellation & Did Not Attend Policy
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the price of the service as stated on the website at the time of booking. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will also be charged 100% of the service price. We encourage you to provide as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made at the time of booking or at the conclusion of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. We do not accept cash.
- Insurance Companies
You must let us know at the point of booking whether you plan to use your health insurance for Physiotherapy, Shockwave or Women’s Health. Health insurance cannot be used for Massage, Pilates or Personal Training.
We currently bill AXA, CIGNA, and WPA directly on your behalf.
Certain clinicians see AVIVA and BUPA patients.
If you have Vitality insurance, you will need to pay upfront and claim back from your insurer.
It is your responsibility to understand your health insurance policy. Mint Wellbeing cannot be held liable for any costs incurred.
Before your initial appointment, you must present the following from your insurance company:
- Your up-to-date membership number
- An injury pre-authorisation number
If you are unable to provide this information by the time of your appointment, you will have to self-fund the session and claim back.
Additionally, you must ensure you are aware of your policy limitations (i.e., excess amount and the approved number of sessions), as insurers may reject payments due to policy limitations. Below are examples of situations where your insurance company might not cover an invoice we have sent on your behalf:
- You may have an excess that you need to pay directly to us.
- You may have reached your maximum benefit limit.
- Your insurance company may limit the number of treatment sessions allowed.
- You may not be allowed to have two appointments on the same day.
- If relevant authorisations are not provided, you may need to pay for treatments until these are resolved.
- Bulk packages
We sell bulk packages for various services including Physiotherapy, Massage, Classes, Personal training.
- The total cost of a pack must be paid for in advance
- The purchased pack must be used for the services agreed at the time of purchase.
- The discount gained with the pack cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Each purchased pack is non-transferable and cannot be used by / gifted / given to another patient / consumer / person.
- The pack must be used within the following time frames and once that date has passed, any remaining sessions will have expired.
- Physiotherapy and Massage: 12 months
- Classes: 6 months
- Personal training: 6 months
- All packs are non-refundable.
- The term ‘used’ above equates to both the booking of, and delivery of a session / appointment included in a pack.
- Mint Wellbeing reserves the right to change, remove or discontinue offers and promotion including packs and the included services.
- Pack prices are final and non-negotiable.
- Promotions
Promotional codes or discount codes must be quoted at the time of booking. Each code can only be used once by an individual unless otherwise stated. No code may be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, including those applicable to patients receiving treatment under their insurance policy.
- Gift Vouchers
Mint Wellbeing sells gift vouchers for certain products.
- Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase, and cannot be redeemed after this date.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher, offer or special promotion.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
- Gift vouchers may not be sold or transferred.
- Appointment bookings are subject to availability.
- No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
- Professional Standards
All physiotherapy services are provided by qualified and HCPC registered practitioners. We adhere to the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines in delivering care to our clients.
- Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Site regarding our services, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of your use of our services or information.
- Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
- Intellectual Property

Mint Wellbeing may utilise artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for the purpose of transcribing notes. Any data processed through AI will not contain any identifiable information. Prior to the use of AI for transcription, we will obtain explicit consent from users to collect and process their information in this manner.
