Jack Collis is a Senior Physiotherapist who is a rehabilitation specialist. He graduated in 2015 from St Mary’s University with a Sports Rehabilitation degree and then went on to complete his Physiotherapy Masters a few years later. He has worked for the last 8 years treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-op orthopaedic patients.

Whilst Jack treats all body parts his clinical areas of interest include knee pain, ACL prehab and rehab, shockwave for chronic tendon conditions and back pain.

Jack has worked in a variety of leading London clinics. His approach focuses on using movement-based rehabilitation alongside manual therapy to help patients reach their goals. He believes that patient education, movement quality and control is key in not only resolving pain, but to stop it coming back!

Jack is a certified running coach with extensive experience in assessing, treating and adapting biomechanical issues in athletes. He has worked with a range of runners from beginners to elite level.

Jack is passionate about his own sport and is a keen snowboarder, footballer and golfer in his spare time.
