Anita Holmes

BSc, MSc, MCSP

Anita graduated from Cardiff University in 2009 and went on to complete a master’s degree in 2017 in Sport and Exercise Medicine at QMUL. Anita has a developed a broad range of experience from the NHS, Private and Sports sector.

Anita enjoys treating a variety of injuries all over the body with a large amount of her career working in sport. She has experience working in elite rugby and rugby 7s, with England Netball and NPL teams and has worked with England Hockey age groups. Most recently Anita was the Head Physiotherapist with GB Wheelchair Tennis travelling and supporting players with Grand Slams.

In private practice Anita enjoys treating back pain, shoulders, tendinopathy and knees.

Anita is additionally qualified to teach Pilates and practice Acupuncture.

Anita love of sport is all round having completed three marathons, competed in Tennis and Netball and swum and played water polo to a high level.
