15+ years qualified. Extensive NHS experience including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Imperial College NHS Trusts. Founded Mint Wellbeing in the private sector in 2016.
Specialty areas:
Shoulder pain, complex shoulder orthopedic rehabilitation and recurrent shoulder instability. ACL Rehabilitation.
Hobbies:
When I am not looking after my 4 yr old and 1 yr old I love to go running, to the gym, skiing, tennis or to music festivals including Glastonbury!
Fun fact:
I once ran a 275km Ultra Marathon through the Amazon Jungle!
