Amy, the Founder and Director of Mint Wellbeing, is a specialist physiotherapist with over 14 years experience working in the NHS and private sector.
She gained her BSc in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the University of Southampton and after working for a number of years returned to University in 2013 to complete an MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London, passing with Distinction.
She has worked at some of London’s leading hospitals including the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH – Stanmore) and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s and Charing Cross Hospitals). She has extensive knowledge in the management of sports injuries, musculoskeletal problems and elective and trauma orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation. Her specialist interest is shoulder pain, complex shoulder orthopaedic rehabilitation and recurrent shoulder instability. She also prides herself on high level ACL prehabilitation and rehabilitation.
