Restore: Mum & Baby

From 6 weeks after giving birth, this class takes you through your postnatal return to exercise. Babies welcome until they are crawling!

 

Focusing on core and pelvic floor you will regain confidence in the gym.

Strength: Female lifting class

A female strength and lifting class suitable for prenatal ladies, women who are 12 weeks postnatal and all the way through to the menopause.  The class includes modifications for pregnancy, postnatal, prolapse, urinary incontinence, menopause. No babies allowed, sorry!

Pilates Classes

A mat based class open to all (men and women). Both classes offer pre and post natal modifications.
