Why Pilates?

We offer mat based pilates classes, 1:1 and 2:1 sessions with two expert teachers here at Mint Wellbeing. These whole body, dynamic strength sessions will leave you feeling connected to your core and challenged.

 

Our classes are a great mix of being fun, inclusive and relaxing. Whether you are a novice or advanced we can tailor the class right to your level.

 

Pilates is great for anyone looking to strengthen, recover from an injury or looking to take some time out for themselves during the week. It is about using whole body movements to target specific muscle groups, to re-balance and strengthen the body’s muscular and structural systems.

 

We currently have two mat based Pilates during the week:

  • Tuesday 7pm – 8pm
  • Friday 1pm – 2pm
