We have some passionate skiers in the team at Mint Wellbeing who understand the demands of the sport!

 

Whether you are an on piste skier, off piste or back country enthusiast, getting strong and flexible for the slopes can really help boost your enjoyment of the trip.

 

Try doing some squats, step ups, lateral lunges and glut bridges before your trip or come and see us for a bespoke programme.

 

If you have an injury on the slopes we always advise to make your way back to the UK to see an Orthopaedic Consultant or Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant here to manage your care (unless it is a life and death situation!). This way you can be with the team who will take ownership of your care from the start all the way to the end.
