As a dancer you most likely have a passion for movement, art and beauty. You are possibly quite/very flexible and we understand that while this is important for your dancing can make you susceptible to injuries.

 

Research shows that people with Hypermobility can and will get strong but it is likely to take up to twice as long as someone without hypermobility.

 

Strengthening your ankles, lower limbs and core is critical to remaining injury free as well as being the foundations of rehabilitation following a dancing related injury.
