We love cycling at Mint Wellbeing with half the team arriving by bike most days to others completing Ride London or the L’Etape du Tour de France.

Cyclists can face issues like lower back pain, knee strain, hip tightness, and neck discomfort from prolonged positions and repetitive motion. Strength and flexibility are a key feature of staying pain free on the bike. Our team will assess this in the gym as well as using our Vald Forceplates to really spot any deficits and then track progress.

 

We also link in with local bike fitters who are a key person to aid recovery from injury or prevent one in the first place.
